How does returns work?
Please email info@allurearchive.com for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Can I return beauty devices?
Only if they are: Unused in original, sealed packaging.
Used devices cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Are the products safe?
Yes – all devices are CE-certified and selected in accordance with European standards.
How do I clean my devices?
Wipe them with a clean, dry cloth. Keep electronic components away from water. For Skin Pens: modules may be used up to 3 times for private use, provided they are thoroughly disinfected.
